When will my order be delivered?

We're currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery. All in-stock orders are carefully packed and delivered in 3–8 business days.

Express delivery is also available at checkout for faster shipping.

Can I Return my product?

Return eligibility varies by product and supplier. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to find the best resolution. Some items may be subject to the return policies of our supplier partners, which we'll communicate clearly on a case-by-case basis.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll review your case and work with our supplier partners to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply. Express delivery is also available at checkout for an additional fee.
